Director of Revenue Operations

UnitedMasters is building a platform connecting artists, brands, and fans, disrupting the music industry by giving artists control over their music distribution. The Director of Revenue Operations will lead revenue generation, optimize the technology stack, and build a scalable RevOps function to drive revenue growth. This role is a hybrid position requiring four days in the office and one day remote.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a leadership role in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations

• Deep expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Proven track record of designing and implementing go-to-market strategies

• Strong analytical skills

• Demonstrable understanding of the end-to-end sales and marketing funnel

• Strong organizational skills
