Revenue Operations Specialist

Pearl Talent is seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to support their fast-growing Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role focuses on optimizing tools, data, and processes to improve revenue, working across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working asynchronously in a global team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or related roles (internship experience welcome).

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot and Apollo) and Google Sheets/Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.

• Comfortable working asynchronously with global teams.

• Proficient English written and verbal communication.
