Head of Revenue Operations

Programmers Force is seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to optimize global GTM processes and maximize revenue performance. This role involves CRM architecture, sales operations, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with AML/KYC/IDV regulations. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and possess strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech

• Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)

• Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows

• Proven ability to scale RevOps functions in fast-growth environments

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving skills
