Culture Amp is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead and scale high-performing marketing and sales development teams. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and collaboration to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. The Director will oversee account-based experience (ABX) strategies, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing operations or revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS or B2B tech environment.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Hubspot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), prospect engagement (Outreach), and ABX platforms (6Sense).

Demonstrated ability to spearhead innovative, scalable ABX programs using data and AI.

Robust expertise in lead management, scoring, enrichment, and attribution modeling.

Proven success in forging strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation.

Track record of leading executive presentations and KPI inspections.
