Job Description

HomeLight is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to streamline workflows, build AI-first automation, and drive efficient collections for residential real estate transactions. The role requires attention to detail, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to improving revenue and agent satisfaction. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations leadership is key to scaling operations and staying ahead of the AI curve.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in consulting, product operations, or revenue operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a strong university.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data analytics tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
