Head of Revenue Operations

Programmers Force is seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to drive operational excellence in their global GTM organization. The role involves optimizing processes, systems, and analytics to ensure predictable and scalable growth, focusing on sales operations, CRM management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to align teams and maximize revenue performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech.

• Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).

• Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows and global regulatory requirements.

• Proven ability to scale RevOps functions in fast-growing environments.

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
