Government Sales Operations Specialist
Job Description
Planar is seeking a proactive Government Sales Operations Specialist to support their Federal, State, and Local government sales efforts. This role will focus on managing opportunities, quotes, deal registrations, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of government procurement processes.
Requirements

Create and maintain all Federal, State, and Local government opportunities and quotes in Salesforce.

Administer the Government Deal Registration program.

Create and generate government bid and contract support materials.

Manage Letters of Supply (LOS) and Authorized Reseller letters.

Maintain customer proprietary site for secure order transmission and reporting.

Generate monthly sales and contract compliance reports.

Participate in CPG calls for Federal projects.

Review and process government orders.

Work with legal on SAM renewals and related compliance.

Serve as a primary point of contact for order lookups.

Create new Federal accounts in Salesforce
