Requirements

8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM Ops roles.

5+ years in people management preferred.

Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales motions.

Deep expertise in sales planning (capacity modeling, territory design, quota setting).

Equally strong as a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder.

Proficiency with Salesforce.
