Job Description

SPOTIO is a leading field sales engagement platform seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager. This role involves forecasting, operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and leading technical operations. The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive significant business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple executive-level stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.

  • Rock-solid foundation in project management and a history of leading projects.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Expertise in Salesforce.com.

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
