GTM Program Manager

Workana is seeking a GTM Program Manager to drive execution of strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. This high-impact role will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring key GTM projects deliver measurable revenue growth. The role is fully remote in Latin America and involves managing concurrent workstreams across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in B2B sales, SaaS, or FinTech environments.

• Proven track record managing multi-workstream GTM initiatives.

• Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet), and data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau).

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business teams.

• Highly execution-oriented with a bias toward action and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Fluent English
