Sales Operations & Sales Assistance

Blackboat is creating a new Sales Operations & Sales Assistance position to support their commercial and consulting teams. This role will be central to implementing sales processes, from quotation creation to system maintenance and customer communication. It combines classic assistant tasks with coordination activities, collaborating closely with the Head of Commercial and the Customer Success Manager.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience (e.g. assistant, project coordination, sales inside sales)

• A proactive, responsible and reliable working method

• High technical affinity: You master Google Workspace, CRM systems and collaboration tools

• Strong communication skills, team spirit and a professional demeanor
