Job Description

  • Partner with data science teams to size markets and products, identify opportunities, and measure ROI.

  • Support the creation and regional execution of sales and account management playbooks.

  • Define and enhance sales support systems and processes to meet rapid business growth and revenue objectives.

  • Assist Supply leadership in evaluating team performance.

  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in cross-functional projects as required.

Your Expertise

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.

  • Proven track record as a strong cross-functional business partner.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including financial and business modeling.

  • Ability to monitor metrics and derive actionable insights from dashboards and reporting tools to improve field productivity across the customer lifecycle.

  • Solid understanding of go-to-market models, value drivers, and sales productivity frameworks.

  • Experience executing regional and local market strategies and field productivity initiatives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Professional work ethic with the ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent environments.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace (GSuite).

  • Advanced data analytics skills, including SQL, are required.
