Partner with data science teams to size markets and products, identify opportunities, and measure ROI.

Support the creation and regional execution of sales and account management playbooks.

Define and enhance sales support systems and processes to meet rapid business growth and revenue objectives.

Assist Supply leadership in evaluating team performance.

Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in cross-functional projects as required.
Your Expertise

5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.

Proven track record as a strong cross-functional business partner.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including financial and business modeling.

Ability to monitor metrics and derive actionable insights from dashboards and reporting tools to improve field productivity across the customer lifecycle.

Solid understanding of go-to-market models, value drivers, and sales productivity frameworks.

Experience executing regional and local market strategies and field productivity initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
-
Professional work ethic with the ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent environments.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace (GSuite).
-
Advanced data analytics skills, including SQL, are required.
