Head of Revenue Operations

Programmers Force is seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) with a background in RegTech and Identity Verification to optimize revenue processes and drive growth. This role involves leading global revenue operations, managing CRM, forecasting, and reporting, and ensuring compliance and scalability. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales operations, data analysis, and technology optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech

• Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)

• Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows and global regulatory requirements

• Proven ability to scale RevOps functions in fast-growing environments

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving skills
