Job Description

Ivo, a rapidly growing Series A B2B SaaS startup using AI for legal and procurement teams, seeks a strategic and execution-driven Head of Revenue Operations. This foundational leadership role will be at the center of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, architecting systems, data, and processes to power the go-to-market engine and ensure efficient, intelligent, and repeatable scaling. The ideal candidate will optimize the entire funnel and drive high-performance, insight-driven GTM execution.

Requirements

  • Scaled RevOps at a high-growth B2B SaaS company

  • Understand how to operationalize the entire funnel

  • Think like a systems architect but act like a business partner

  • Comfortable owning reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement

  • Strong grasp of automation and AI tools

  • Move fluidly between strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration
