McCarthy Tétrault is seeking a Bilingual Coordinator, Digital Marketing Operations to join their Montreal office team. The role involves supporting digital marketing and event campaigns, managing marketing automation and data integrity, and providing first-line support for Pardot. It’s a hybrid work environment that welcomes bilingual (French and English) candidates. The position requires experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1+ year of experience delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects.

1+ year of hands-on experience with Pardot.

Experience with mapping and implementing end-to-end-marketing campaigns.

Thorough knowledge of marketing technology and systems.

Basic knowledge of Salesforce.

Excellent organizational skills.

Experience with basic HTML and CSS
