Revenue Operations Specialist

Pearl Talent is seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to support a fast-growing Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role involves optimizing tools, data, and processes to drive revenue and provides hands-on experience building systems and analyzing data. The ideal candidate is early in their RevOps career, with a love for systems, data, and actionable insights. This is a fully remote role within a YC-backed AI startup.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or related roles (internship welcome).

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot and Apollo preferred) and Google Sheets/Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.

• Proficient English written and verbal communication.

• Comfortable working asynchronously with global teams.
