Spring Health is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to partner with sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline health, and process optimization. The role involves analyzing data, developing reports, and providing expert guidance in Salesforce. This remote position contributes to revenue growth and operational excellence within the company.
Requirements

3–5 years of experience in sales operations or business operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment

Proven track record of partnering with sales leadership to deliver strategic insights and improve forecasting accuracy

Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and funnel metrics

Proficiency in Salesforce with 2+ years of hands-on reporting/dashboard experience

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
