Job Description

Vori is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to support a field sales organization scaling from Series B to national expansion. This role will focus on data-driven sales strategies, productivity, forecasting, and system management. The position will be initially an interim IC role with the potential for growth into a management position within 12 months.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or GTM Operations

  • Proven experience supporting multi-motion GTM strategies

  • Hands-on expertise with GTM productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Clay)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience designing territories, compensation plans, and forecasting models

  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally
