The Director of Revenue Operations will lead a scalable revenue operations function, creating frameworks, systems, and technologies to drive efficiency and unlock scale for the company’s GTM teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, from Series A/B to C

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Data and analytical proficiency

  • Experience with modern RevOps tech stacks (HubSpot)

  • Hands-on expertise in evaluating and implementing new tools

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

  • Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach
