Growth/Automation Engineer

The company is seeking a Growth/Automation Engineer to optimize their outbound engine by building and owning the pipeline, automating workflows, and improving deliverability and data quality. This role involves collaboration with Growth and Strategy teams, data management, and ensuring campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in growth operations, marketing automation, or sales tech

• Deep familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo.io, and Lemlist (or similar)

• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills and Apps Script

• Understanding of email deliverability, lead sourcing, and enrichment workflows

• Analytical skills, proactive communication, and a proactive communicator
