Scope of Position
The focus of Sales Operations is to optimize the effectiveness of the district sales program by supporting the District Sales Manager & Sales Executives. This role is both strategic and tactical in nature. On the strategic front we are looking for a candidate that will help the District Sales Manager position our company in the market, develop marketing material and collaborate with the sales team on how to close business.
Being a self-starter, assertive, detail oriented and a good communicator are a must. Effectively managing deadlines is also required. This role will require you to effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions across our network and accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope. Sales operations works in a fast-paced environment.
Reports to District Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage and deliver internal and external reports.

Manage weekly sales meetings, as directed by the District Sales Manager.

Qualify sales leads utilizing reporting and analytics tools.

Engage in pre-sale engagement activities for target customers prior to Sales engagement.

Become a bid facilitator to deliver and coordinate bid responses in collaboration with, but not limited to product, service, and GEO.

Be (or become) proficient at CRM, Customer Account, Seismic, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Scheduler, Exp.o and our credit application process (Including DocuSign).

Organize events to drive existing and new customer engagement.

Ensure updated marketing materials are accessible to Sales team and create customer-focused marketing material in collaboration with Regional and corporate marketing teams.

Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with sales team and deliver a memorable experience for the visitors

Deliver qualified sales leads to the team.

Attend training & development sessions to understand the requirements of Sales.

Update CRM and ensure data integrity measurements are met for the branch.

Enable the Sales program to be effective and efficient

Take on additional assignments, as required

Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Exceptional Customer Service skills both internal and external

Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Experience with tools like Dynamics and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred

The ability to work off-site for local events

Oral and written proficiency in the English language

Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
