Data & Analytics Lead, GTM

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to own Tableau and drive BI strategy for the SaaS GTM. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, collaborating with Data Engineers and BI Analysts, and ensuring clarity for GTM teams. The role involves both strategy development, execution, and storytelling, with a strong emphasis on data quality and governance.

Requirements

• 6+ years in BI, data science, or GTM analytics roles, preferably in SaaS environments

• Proven expertise in Tableau (end-to-end ownership)

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Snowflake (or equivalent DWH), dbt, Python/R, and modern ETL tools

• Experience applying data science methods: predictive analytics, clustering, regression, time-series forecasting

• Strong command of SaaS GTM metrics and lifecycle analytics

• Excellent communicator and storyteller, comfortable presenting complex insights
