Mavericks are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the commercial operations team. The role involves field force operations, CRM management, and sales allocation. The analyst will partner with sales leadership to help reengineer the future of biopharma by facilitating innovation and managing a field team.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales operations or a comparable role in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

Demonstrated ability to identify operational needs and opportunities for improvement

Demonstrated coordination and operations administration experience

Competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Direct experience working with pharmaceutical sales teams
