Requirements

8–10 years in sales operations, sales management, or related roles.

2–5 years of management experience.

Experience in the SaaS industry.

Expertise in Salesforce (from data model design to reporting and analytics).

Proficiency in InsightSquared, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
