Performance Analytics Analyst
Job Description
Holland America Line is seeking an experienced Performance Analytics Analyst to join its growing team in Miami. This hybrid role will focus on providing actionable insights to support data-informed decision-making for Onboard Revenue Analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical analytics skills, business acumen, and familiarity with modern AI tools.
Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in business analytics, revenue analytics, or a closely related field (such as cruise, hospitality, travel, or consumer operations).

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).

Familiarity with AI/agentic systems (e.g., LLMs, workflow automation, prompt engineering) and willingness to learn and apply new tools.

Applied AI experience (AWS Bedrock, Azure Copilot, Langchain, Hugging face, etc.).

Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs, revenue generation, and operations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
