Fathom is a high-growth startup that is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join their team. The analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company collects, organizes, and analyzes data to empower decision-makers across the business.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL, with expertise in data manipulation and analysis libraries.

• Hands-on experience with data tools such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, dbt, and BI platforms like Looker and Omni.

• Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Proven ability to design and build automated analytical models.

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Adaptability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.

• A degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
