This role involves leading a team, optimizing reporting processes, and evaluating Martech solutions. The position focuses on accelerating growth across the global fashion e-commerce brand while upholding a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.
Requirements

6+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, including at least 2 in a leadership role.

Proven success leading analytics for a digital-first or global consumer brand.

Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and marketing performance measurement frameworks.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their performance metrics.

Experience with Martech stacks, data governance, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS).
