Job Description

TikTok is seeking a Product Marketing & Operations Manager to focus on Partner Success within the Creative and Ecosystem team. This role will drive go-to-market plans for Generative AI products, analyze user behavior, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of generative AI and a proven track record in business development or partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in a product marketing/operations role in AI landscape, or roles in the tech/ad industry

  • Passion to learn and use AI products

  • Strong project management skills

  • Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven

  • Great communicator and team player

  • Comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams
