Head of Revenue Operations

Programmers Force is seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to optimize operational excellence and drive scalability of their GTM organization. The role involves leading revenue operations strategies, managing CRM architecture, and ensuring data quality and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate will be proficient in sales operations, compliance, and data analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech

• Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)

• Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows and global regulatory requirements

• Proven ability to scale RevOps functions in fast-growing environments

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving skills
