GTM Engineer

CGM is building the demand generation firm for B2B companies, offering a radically different approach to traditional agencies. The GTM Engineer role involves designing, building, optimizing, and automating revenue-generating workflows using modern marketing technology solutions, analyzing data to measure impact, and collaborating with clients and internal teams. The role focuses on scaling marketing efforts and leveraging AI to improve efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role (RevOps, Marketing, sales automation, data engineering, etc.)

• Proficiency in one or more of the listed software tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, AirOps, Zapier, Supermetrics, Coefficient, etc.)

• Strong SQL skills

• Problem-solving and communication skills
