Kuba is seeking a Part-Time Sales Operations & Administrative Analyst to support their U.S. commercial and finance teams. This role involves maintaining sales pipeline, invoicing, reporting, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a great customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales operations, finance administration, or a related support role.

Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and general business tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy – you notice when numbers don’t add up.

Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
