Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, business development, or growth management.

• Proven success managing distributed teams or partner networks.

• Strong understanding of the Iberian regulatory and compliance landscape (GDPR, data protection, financial regulation).

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

• Highly analytical and data-driven.

• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Based in Barcelona and willing to travel across Iberia.
