The Role

Own marketing systems such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Salesforce, and Ahrefs, ensuring seamless integrations and optimal performance.

Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and routing to improve scalability and reduce manual effort.

Set up and manage campaign infrastructure (landing pages, forms, UTM tracking) and troubleshoot technical issues.

Lead A/B testing initiatives across emails, landing pages, and lead flows to optimize conversion and funnel performance.

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks in Google Sheets/Excel to track KPIs, funnel health, and campaign effectiveness.

Manage lead data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution tagging, ensuring accurate lifecycle tracking and reporting.

Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools to improve automation, personalization, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and BizOps teams on cross-functional projects and special initiatives.
The Requirements

4+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS company or high-growth startup.

Expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and UTM frameworks for tracking and performance monitoring.

Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).

Strong background in lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and attribution processes.

Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset and proven ability to scale marketing operations efficiently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and translate technical topics to non-technical teams.

Experience with project management tools (preferably Notion).
Nice-to-Have

Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization.

Familiarity with Zapier, Clay, Outreach, and other automation/AI tools.
