Grow Therapy is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale their revenue systems, strategy, and insights. Reporting to the VP of Provider Experience, the role involves aligning sales and customer success operations to drive revenue growth, defining and executing the RevOps roadmap, and developing a high-performing team. The company is a rapidly growing mental healthcare marketplace backed by significant funding.
Requirements

7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles.

5+ years of people leadership experience.

Scalable RevOps experience (Series A/B to C+)

HubSpot proficiency (Sales, Marketing, RevOps)

Strong grasp of sales methodologies, funnel management, forecasting, and data analytics.

Experience working with cross-functional GTM teams.
