The role involves maintaining CRM data integrity, optimizing workflows, producing performance insights, and coordinating lead follow-ups to support the sales team. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, CRM/SDR support (or an Excel Wizard!)

Proven expertise managing CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.

Ability to work full-time with reliable MST time-zone overlap.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, founder-led organization.

Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
