We're looking for a Junior Go-To-Market Engineer to help build the technical foundation that powers our sales motion. This role offers unique exposure to the full revenue stack and the opportunity to see your technical work directly impact company growth.

Revenue Systems Automation (30%)

  • Design and implement automated workflows across our GTM stack (Salesforce, Clay, Pocus, Gong, Outreach, and others)

  • Build integrations between systems to eliminate manual data entry and ensure seamless data flow

  • Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Flow, Apex, APIs, and third-party automation tools

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues

Pipeline Strategy & Experimentation (40%)

  • Orchestrate automated pipeline generation plays across multiple channels (signal-based outreach, inbound routing, account prioritization)

  • Test and iterate on GTM motions, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to surface actionable insights

  • Build data infrastructure that enables AI-powered workflows and predictive pipeline generation

  • Analyze the performance of various experiments and recommend optimizations

  • Build dashboards and reporting to track experiment outcomes and pipeline health

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar technical GTM role

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (administration, flows, validation rules, custom objects)

  • Experience with modern GTM tools like Clay, Pocus, Gong, Outreach, or Zapier

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail—you notice when data doesn't look right

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Looker, Hex, or similar analytics platforms

  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or similar) or willingness to learn quickly

  • SQL skills for querying and analyzing data

  • Knowledge of APIs and webhooks for building custom integrations

  • Background in a technical sales or customer success role

  • Interest in compensation, people analytics, or HR tech
