Director of Data Analytics

Filevine is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead their team in delivering strategic insights to executive leadership. This role involves overseeing the development of dashboards and KPIs, fostering data pipelines, and collaborating with various teams to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy leader with experience in business intelligence and a strong communication skillset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Advanced Degree preferred)

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence

• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing analytics teams

• Expertise in SQL and experience with Domo or equivalent BI tools

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and data integration practices

• Exceptional communication skills
