Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market motion. This is a foundational role where you’ll work directly with the GTM team to transform operations, reporting, and scale. The ideal candidate will build a well-oiled system around their current HubSpot and Omni Analytics tools, and create a robust reporting and analytics infrastructure.
Requirements

2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role

Proven experience with HubSpot or Salesforce implementation

Process-oriented mindset and ability to design and document workflows

Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards

Excellent communication skills

Self-starter who thrives with guidance

SQL knowledge (bonus)

Experience with AI tools and integrating them into GTM operations

Prior experience in developer tools, SaaS, or technical products

Familiarity with Gong, Omni Analytics, or similar tools
